Thí sinh lần lượt bốc thăm và trình đề tài cho giám thị ghi vào danh sách.
Thí sinh chuẩn bị cho bài trình bày trong 08phút.
Thí sinh trình bày đề tài (Tối đa là 02 phút)
Mở đầu và kết thúc bài trình bày cần có các tín hiệu (lời chào, lời kết thúc …)
Bài trình bày của thí sinh sẽ được thu âm và chuyển cho ban chấm thi.
Thí sinh sau khi thi xong phải rời khỏi khu vực thi ngay và không được trao đổi với các thí sinh chưa dự thi.
